Our rain, if you want to call it that, came in sometime during the night. By morning it was just a light mist. I got up early to beat the morning light to find "the shot". I'd looked at this situation the day before and it seemed appropriate. I just wish it would rain a descent enough amount to get all of the sidewalk wet. I might try this with models later on in the season. Here's two try's:
Three days later it rained a little more. This time I stayed closer to home. In my backyard there is a persimmon tree from hell. It gives fruit twice a year, but nothing quite worth eating. I hate persimmons. But, they do get the attention of my camera every once in a while. Here is one of them.
